From the outside - a charger. Inside - more than you'd expect.
Prime 22 kW is a wall-mounted AC charging station that delivers full power - faster charging, no compromises. The same 7.5-metre Type 2 cable, the same IP65/IP66 weatherproofing, the same TÜV Rheinland certification. Everything Prime 11 kW offers, scaled up to 32 A and 22 kW for vehicles and installations that can use the full capacity.
If you drive a car that supports 22 kW AC charging, Prime delivers. A full charge cycle takes roughly half the time compared to an 11 kW charger. For homes with fast-charging vehicles, residential parking with multiple users, and business fleets of up to 4 cars - Prime 22 kW handles everything without overpaying for enterprise-level systems.
What's in the box - and why it matters
- Emergency Safety Button - a physical red button that cuts power instantly. One press, no menus, no confirmation screens, no delay. Most chargers in this class don't have one. We think it should be standard.
- Dynamic Load Balancing for up to 4 stations - Prime automatically distributes available power between charging points so no breaker trips and every car charges as fast as the installation allows. No external management system, no subscription.
- 3 RFID cards included - assign each card to a person: an employee, a resident, a family member. Nobody charges without authorisation. Expand the system at any time by adding more cards.
- Dual electrical protection: RCD Type A 30 mA + RDC-DD 6 mA DC - the same protection standard as chargers costing three times as much. Not a cost-cutting compromise. Not an optional extra. Standard.
- 7.5-metre Bubble-Free Type 2 cable - longer than most competitors at this price and most more expensive ones. Bubble-Free connector construction eliminates voids in the plug body - no corrosion, no microcracks, no degradation over time.
- IP65 housing / IP66 connector - better ingress protection than most premium-segment chargers on the market. Rain, dust, frost down to -25°C, heat up to +50°C.
- IK10 impact resistance - rated for outdoor and semi-public installations.
- Tuya WiFi app with non-resettable energy counter - real-time power draw, voltage, session history and total energy from day one. The counter never resets.
- OTA software updates - improvements and new features arrive over WiFi. No service visits, no hardware swaps.
- 1 A current adjustment - set charging current from 6 A to 32 A in single-amp steps, via app or directly on the device.
- TÜV Rheinland certified - independently verified quality.
- 30-month warranty
Prime doesn't ask what you need today. It's ready for what you'll need tomorrow.

Off-peak electricity in the G12 night-rate tariff costs on average 40% less than the standard daytime rate. Using the scheduling feature in the Tuya app, you can set Prime to charge only during cheaper overnight hours - typically 10 PM to 6 AM - without any manual effort.
The average electric vehicle consumes around 20 kWh per 100 km. At a typical annual mileage of 15 000 km, that's around 3 000 kWh per year - energy that could cost you up to 1 200 PLN less annually at 2026 Polish electricity rates. Your savings may be higher depending on your energy provider and driving habits.
*Applicable to the Polish market only, based on average 2026 G12 tariff rates (approx. 0.60 PLN/kWh off-peak vs. 1.02 PLN/kWh standard G11 rate). Results vary by energy provider.

Frequently Asked Questions about Electric Vehicle Chargers (EN)
Which charger should I choose for my electric car or plug-in hybrid?
The choice of charger depends on the vehicle's specifications, such as maximum AC
charging power, the number of phases (single-phase or three-phase), and connector
type (typically Type 2 in Europe). A single-phase vehicle will use only one phase of a
three-phase charger. Before purchasing, check your car's maximum AC charging
capacity or contact us – we’ll gladly help you select the right equipment.
Can I charge an electric car using a standard power outlet?
Yes, but this method has limitations. Charging from a standard 230V outlet allows a
maximum current of 16A, which equals about 3.7 kW. Some vehicles, especially
plug-in hybrids, do not support faster charging.
How long does it take to charge an electric car?
Charging time depends on the battery capacity, charger power, and type of current
(AC/DC). As a rule of thumb, a car with a 50 kWh battery and an 11 kW charger will
take approximately 50 ÷ 11 = 4.5 hours to charge. This is an estimate that can vary
based on factors like the car's onboard charger efficiency, charging efficiency, battery
condition, and ambient temperature.
Is home charging cheaper than charging at public stations?
Yes, home charging is usually more economical. The average electricity cost in
Poland ranges from 0 (e.g., solar panels) to 1 PLN/kWh, resulting in a cost of driving
100 km at around 0–15 PLN. Public station costs can range from 1.50 PLN/kWh to
3.50 PLN/kWh or more, depending on the operator and charging type.
Do I need special permission to install a charger at home?
In single-family homes, special permission is usually not required, but it's a good idea
to consult an electrician to ensure compliance with regulations. In multi-family
buildings, approval from the housing association or building manager may be
necessary.
Is it safe to charge an electric car in the rain?
Yes, all our chargers are certified with water and moisture protection (IP65, IP66 –
depending on the model).
Can I use an extension cord to charge my electric car?
It is not recommended to use extension cords for charging electric cars. Standard
extension cords may not handle high power loads, which could lead to overheating or
even fire. If you must use an extension cord, it should be specifically designed for
high power, meet appropriate quality standards, and be approved by the charger
manufacturer.
