Q11: Full Power, No Compromises

The standard Q11 is a complete solution for users with access to a CEE16A (3-phase) socket. It offers all Q series features: WiFi, Tuya app, precise current adjustment, and Smart Home integration.

230V outlet charging: The Q11 can be connected to a standard household outlet using a simple CEE16A-Schuko reduction (sold separately: link). This is a basic electrical reduction without additional safety features like Q11 PRO adapter has build in.

Who is it for? The Q11 is ideal if you have a CEE16A socket in your garage or driveway, you charge mainly in one location, you treat 230V charging as an emergency backup.

Q11 PRO: Smart Adapter System

The Q11 PRO is the same charger with a swappable smart adapter system and a longer cable (7.5 m). Thanks to the quick-connect mechanism, you can change plugs in seconds and charge from any power source.

What makes smart adapters special? Every adapter in the PRO set has a built-in temperature sensor that monitors your electrical installation and protects against overheating. This is especially important when charging from a 230V outlet, where the installation may be under stress.

Adapters included: CEE16A (11 kW from 3-phase installation) and Schuko (3.7 kW from standard 230V outlet).

Expandable system: Additional adapters will be available for the Q11 PRO: camping socket (blue CEE), small industrial socket, large industrial socket, and more. Buy the charger with the quick-connect system once and expand your adapter collection as needed.

Who is it for? Choose the Q11 PRO if you charge in different locations (home, work, holiday home, campsite), you regularly use 230V outlets and care about installation safety, you value flexibility and the ability to expand the system, you need a longer cable (7.5 m vs 6 m).

Tesla version: The Q11 PRO is available in a Tesla version with a button that opens the charging port on older Tesla models without using the app.

Which Version is Right for You?

Both versions offer identical functionality and 11 kW charging power. The key difference is the smart adapter system with temperature sensors and the ability to expand in the future.

  • Choose the Q11 if you have a permanent CEE16A socket and treat 230V charging as a backup.
  • Choose the Q11 PRO if you charge in different locations, value installation safety, and want the option to add more adapters later.

Not sure what socket you have at home? Contact us or choose the Q11 PRO. With the adapter system, you'll be prepared for any situation, now and in the future.
