Which chargers fit the Lynk&Co 01, 02 and 08?
Our database holds three versions: two with 11 kW onboard and one with 6.6 kW. For the first we match a Q11 or P11; for the 6.6 kW one a Q74 or P72, because 7.4 kW is the closest fit. All have a Type 2 socket, so the choice between a portable charger and a wallbox is free.
Lynk&Co has both a plug-in hybrid and electric cars - is the match different?
Yes. The plug-in hybrid has a 14.1 kWh battery in our database, so a full charge takes around 1.5 to 2 hours and a weaker point is perfectly sufficient. The electric car with a 62 kWh battery needs around 6 hours at 11 kW, meaning one night, and only there does a Q11 genuinely pay off.
Why do you propose a Q74 rather than a Q11 for the 6.6 kW version?
Because the car will not take more than 6.6 kW anyway. The Q74 gives 7.4 kW, comfortably covering that figure, and a Q11 connected to such a car will charge it for exactly as long. We match the charger's power to the car's capability, not the other way round.
Does a 2021 Lynk&Co 01 have the same socket as newer models?
Yes. All three versions from 2021-2026 in our database have a Type 2 connector, so the same portable charger or wallbox will serve an older and a newer car. Only the onboard power changes, and with it whether a Q74 or a Q11 makes more sense.
How do I check which onboard power my car has?
Only two values occur in the Lynk&Co range: 6.6 kW and 11 kW. You will find it in the owner's manual in the alternating current charging section, or in the version's technical data sheet. If the papers say 11 kW you take a Q11; if 6.6 kW, a Q74.
Does the Lynk&Co 08 need a 22 kW charger?
No. The highest onboard power across the whole Lynk&Co range is 11 kW, so a Q22 will give the car 11 kW at most and the charging time will be identical to a Q11. A Q22 makes sense only in cars that genuinely accept 22 kW from alternating current.
