No. The car's onboard charger stops at 11 kW and that sets the pace. A Q22 connected to an Ocean will do exactly what a Q11 does, in the same time. That is why with this car we stop at 11 kW, meaning a Q11 or a P11 if you prefer a display to app control.
One model in the range - is the choice always the same?
Yes. The database holds only the Ocean, model years 2023 and 2024, in four versions, and every one of them has 11 kW and a Type 2 socket. There is no need to check equipment or drivetrain variant - the choice ends with a Q11 or a P11.
Q11 or P11 with a battery over 100 kWh?
The power is the same, so the time is too: around 10 hours for 106.5 kWh. The difference concerns operation. You set and check the Q11 from an app on your phone; the P11 shows everything on a display and works more simply. Both are portable, so with a large battery the deciding factor is convenience of control, not power.
Does the Fisker Ocean use a Type 1 connector?
No, in the database all four Ocean versions have Type 2. Type 1 appears in older cars and there the 3.7 kW B35 model is needed. That problem does not arise here: a standard 11 kW Type 2 device fits.
