The aluminum housing, minimalist design, WiFi/Bluetooth connection and Tuya integration allow not only remote control but also seamless integration with smart home systems.

Safety – Automatic Error Correction and Advanced Protection Features


The charger is equipped with an intelligent chip that automatically corrects errors during charging. It reacts in real time whenever any parameter exceeds the norm, ensuring stable operation and the safety of the user, the charger, and the vehicle. With IP66 certification, the charger is both waterproof and dustproof, making it suitable even for harsh outdoor conditions.

In addition, the charger provides a wide range of advanced protection mechanisms, including:

Overvoltage and undervoltage protection – automatic shutdown if the voltage is too high (above 265 V for single-phase or 459 V for three-phase) or too low (below 80 V), protecting both the charger and the vehicle.

Ground protection – continuous monitoring of the grounding wire. Charging is automatically stopped in case of disconnection or high resistance, preventing the risk of electric shock.

Residual current device (RCD) protection – activates if leakage current exceeds 30 mA AC or 6 mA DC, protecting the user from electric shock.

Overcurrent protection – automatically disconnects power if the current exceeds the safe threshold (e.g., 35.2 A for a 32 A charger), preventing overheating or damage to the charger and vehicle.

Lightning protection – safeguards against surges up to 2000 V AC or 2500 V DC, ensuring safety during storms and voltage spikes.

Built-in temperature sensors in the power plug and adapters – protect the electrical installation from fire risk.

Bardzo dobre wykonanie, najwyższa jakość. Elastyczny kabel (przy ładowarce 11kW jest już dość gruby 13mm, a przy 22kW będzie bardzo gruby 16mm, warto wziąć to pod uwagę przy zakupie). Można kupic z kablem 7,5mb - od wtyczki do wtyczki. Dobrze współpracuje z aplikacją Tuya. Polecam.

Which charger should I choose for my electric car or plug-in hybrid?

The choice of charger depends on the vehicle's specifications, such as maximum AC
charging power, the number of phases (single-phase or three-phase), and connector
type (typically Type 2 in Europe). A single-phase vehicle will use only one phase of a
three-phase charger. Before purchasing, check your car's maximum AC charging
capacity or contact us – we’ll gladly help you select the right equipment.

Can I charge an electric car using a standard power outlet?


Yes, but this method has limitations. Charging from a standard 230V outlet allows a
maximum current of 16A, which equals about 3.7 kW. Some vehicles, especially
plug-in hybrids, do not support faster charging.

How long does it take to charge an electric car?


Charging time depends on the battery capacity, charger power, and type of current
(AC/DC). As a rule of thumb, a car with a 50 kWh battery and an 11 kW charger will
take approximately 50 ÷ 11 = 4.5 hours to charge. This is an estimate that can vary
based on factors like the car's onboard charger efficiency, charging efficiency, battery
condition, and ambient temperature.

Is home charging cheaper than charging at public stations?

Yes, home charging is usually more economical. The average electricity cost in
Poland ranges from 0 (e.g., solar panels) to 1 PLN/kWh, resulting in a cost of driving
100 km at around 0–15 PLN. Public station costs can range from 1.50 PLN/kWh to
3.50 PLN/kWh or more, depending on the operator and charging type.

Do I need special permission to install a charger at home?

In single-family homes, special permission is usually not required, but it's a good idea
to consult an electrician to ensure compliance with regulations. In multi-family
buildings, approval from the housing association or building manager may be
necessary.

Is it safe to charge an electric car in the rain?

Yes, all our chargers are certified with water and moisture protection (IP65, IP66 –

depending on the model).

Can I use an extension cord to charge my electric car?

It is not recommended to use extension cords for charging electric cars. Standard
extension cords may not handle high power loads, which could lead to overheating or
even fire. If you must use an extension cord, it should be specifically designed for
high power, meet appropriate quality standards, and be approved by the charger
manufacturer.
