Why do we match a Q22 to most Zeekr models?
Because 10 of the 12 versions in our database have a 22 kW onboard charger, one of the highest values on the market. A Q22 lets you use it in full: a 96 kWh battery then charges from empty in around 5 hours. The other 2 versions have 11 kW and a Q11 suits them.
Zeekr 7X and 7GT - does the same charger fit both?
Two onboard powers occur in the Zeekr range: 22 kW in 10 versions and 11 kW in 2. Before choosing, check in your car's technical data which of them it has. If 22 kW, you take a Q22; if 11 kW, a Q11 or P11.
Will a Q22 work in my garage?
Only with a three-phase 3x32 A installation. With a weaker 3x16 A supply the charger will drop to 11 kW and a 96 kWh battery will charge in around 9 hours instead of around 5. That is still one night, so the lack of a strong supply does not rule out using the car.
How long does the smallest battery in the Zeekr range take to charge?
The smallest battery in our database holds 47 kWh. At 22 kW a full cycle from empty takes around 2 to 3 hours, less than one evening. The largest, 96 kWh, needs around 5 hours at the same power. That is thanks to the high onboard power in this range.
Does Zeekr have a Type 2 socket or the Chinese GB/T?
All 12 versions from 2023-2026 in our database have the European Type 2 connector. Cars sold in Poland are adapted to our grid, so no adapters are needed. A portable charger or wallbox with a Type 2 plug connects directly to the socket in the car.
With 22 kW onboard, is an 11 kW charger a mistake?
Not a mistake, just a deliberate compromise. A Q11 will charge any Zeekr, simply twice as slowly as a Q22 - 96 kWh in around 9 hours instead of 5. If the car stands in the garage all night, the difference is invisible. A Q22 makes sense when you charge in short windows during the day.
