No. All 116 versions from 2014-2026 have a Type 2 socket, so Type 1 and the B35 model do not occur here. The differences between model years concern onboard power, which ranges from 3.7 to 22 kW, not the socket type. It is that power which decides whether you choose a Q37, Q74, Q11 or Q22.
How do I check the AC charging power of my Mercedes?
The simplest way is the owner's manual, in the charging section, or the version's technical data. Look for the AC power value: 3.7, 7.4, 11 or 22 kW. To the figure you find we match a Q37, Q74, Q11 or Q22 respectively. If you prefer a display to app control, the equivalents are the P35, P72 and P11.
