Mit einem robusten Aluminiumgehäuse, Plug-and-Play-Betrieb und einstellbaren Stromeinstellungen bieten diese Ladegeräte die perfekte Mischung aus Zuverlässigkeit, Mobilität und Benutzerfreundlichkeit. Ausgewählte Modelle werden mit austauschbaren Adaptern geliefert, die die Kompatibilität mit mehreren Steckdosen ermöglichen.

How does the Q series differ from the P series?
The Q series has WiFi and control from the Tuya app, OTA updates, current adjustment in 1 A steps and an aluminium IP66-rated enclosure. The P series is controlled solely from a display on the unit and is rated IP65. If you do not intend to use an app, the P series gives you the same charging capability for less.
Which Q series model to choose: Q11 or Q22?
The Q11 charges at 11 kW from a CEE 16 A socket and is enough for most electric cars, because their onboard charger stops at 11 kW anyway. Choose the Q22 only when the car accepts 22 kW of alternating current and you have a CEE 32 A socket.
Can a Q series charger be integrated with solar panels?
Yes. The Tuya app lets you build smart home automations, and current adjustment in 1 A steps allows the draw to be matched to current production from the panels, so you use your own energy instead of exporting the surplus to the grid.
Will the Q11 charger fit in a boot?
Yes. The control unit measures around 26.5 by 9.6 by 6.8 cm, and the whole set with the cable weighs around 4 kg and is packed in a protective bag included in the set.
Does a Q series charger work in winter?
Yes. The operating temperature range is from minus 30 to plus 50 degrees Celsius, and the IP66 rating protects the device against water and dust.
Do I need WiFi for the charger to work?
No. Without WiFi the charger works normally and you control it from the display. The network is needed for remote control from the app, for schedules and for OTA updates.
