Un appareil plus puissant ne changerait rien ici, car le Spring ne peut pas accepter plus de 6,6 kW – le chargeur mobile ou le wallbox de 7,4 kW exploite pleinement les capacités embarquées.

Which charger do we match to the Dacia Spring?
The Spring has a 6.6 kW onboard charger in all six versions from 2021-2026. The closest match is a Q74 or P72, both rated at 7.4 kW. The car will draw its 6.6 kW and that is its ceiling, no matter how powerful a device you connect to it.
Why do you not recommend an 11 kW charger for the Spring?
Because the Spring will not use it. Its onboard charger stops at 6.6 kW, and with an 11 kW unit the car will draw exactly the same as with 7.4 kW. You would be paying for power that never reaches the battery. A Q74 or P72 is everything the Spring needs.
How long does it take to charge a 24-25 kWh battery?
That is exactly what the Spring's pack holds, depending on the version. At the onboard 6.6 kW a full charge from a low state takes roughly 4-5 hours. In practice you plug the car in during the evening and it is full by morning, even starting from a very low state of charge.
Does the choice differ between a 2021 model year and the newest Spring?
No. All six Spring versions in our database have the same 6.6 kW onboard charger, from the 2021 launch through to the 2026 model years. For each of them we match the same thing: a portable charger or a 7.4 kW Q74 wallbox, or a P72 if you prefer a display. The model year changes nothing here.
What connector does the Spring have and does a standard cable fit?
The Spring uses a Type 2 socket, as do all six versions in our database. A standard Type 2 charger fits without an adapter. There is no Spring version in the database with a Type 1 connector, so the B35 model does not come into play at all.
Portable charger or wallbox when there is only one model in the range?
Both options deliver the same 6.6 kW, because the car sets the limit, not the charger. You carry the P72 in your boot and plug it in wherever there is a socket. The Q74 stays on the garage wall and is more convenient day to day. The choice comes down to how you use the car.
