What power to choose
Your connection is the main factor in the choice, not the car itself. In most single-family homes with a three-phase installation, 11 kW works best.

What determines the price

Distance from the electrical panel
The most important factor. A garage next to the house means a few metres of cable, while a shelter at the end of the property means excavation and an underground cable. -
Condition of the electrical panel
If there is not enough space for new protective devices, it needs to be expanded or replaced. -
Connected load
At 22 kW, you often need to apply to increase the connected load with the local grid operator - you can find its name on your electricity bill. At 11 kW, this is usually not necessary. -
Installation method
A freestanding post instead of a wall means an additional cost for the foundation and wiring.

Dois-je augmenter la puissance souscrite ?
Avec un wallbox de 11 kW, généralement non. Les maisons individuelles disposent le plus souvent d’une puissance souscrite de 11 à 14 kW, et le courant de charge du PRIME peut être limité par paliers de 1 A afin de ne pas dépasser la puissance disponible. Avec 22 kW, une augmentation de la puissance peut être nécessaire - l’installateur l’évaluera à partir des photos et du contrat.
Un wallbox peut-il être installé à l’extérieur ?
Oui. PRIME possède un boîtier IP65, un connecteur IP66 et un certificat TÜV Rheinland ; il peut donc être installé sur une façade ou un abri et utilisé toute l’année. Il est préférable qu’il ne soit pas exposé au plein soleil toute la journée.
Quelles protections sont nécessaires ?
PRIME intègre une double protection : un disjoncteur différentiel de type A 30 mA et une détection du courant continu RDC-DD de 6 mA. Il n’est donc pas nécessaire d’acheter un disjoncteur coûteux de type B - il suffit d’un circuit séparé avec un disjoncteur approprié, installé par l’installateur dans le cadre de l’installation.
Faut-il déclarer un wallbox domestique à l’UDT ?
Non. Le contrôle de l’UDT concerne les stations accessibles au public. Un wallbox installé chez vous ou dans votre entreprise, que vous êtes le seul à utiliser, ne nécessite aucune déclaration.
Que faire si quelque chose ne fonctionne pas après l’installation ?
L’appareil est pris en charge par AMPERE POINT - vous bénéficiez d’un service après-vente polonais et d’une assistance technique au +48 666 612 044 ou à l’adresse hello@amperepoint.com. L’installation est sous la responsabilité de l’installateur.
Puis-je faire installer un wallbox acheté ailleurs ?
Non. Nous réalisons l’installation uniquement pour les wallbox achetés chez AMPERE POINT - ainsi, l’installateur connaît l’appareil et vous avez un seul interlocuteur pour la garantie et l’installation.
