Which charger for the Toyota bZ4X?
The largest group in the Toyota range, 16 of 30 versions, has 11 kW onboard and for it we match a Q11 or P11. That is the typical match for the brand's electric cars, such as the bZ4X. With the largest battery in the range, 72 kWh, a full cycle takes around 7 hours.
Which Toyota accepts 22 kW and when does a Q22 make sense?
Across the whole Toyota range only one of 30 versions has a 22 kW onboard charger and only for it does a Q22 bring a real benefit. Charging then shortens by roughly half compared with 11 kW. For the other 29 versions it is power the car will not use.
Are there cars with a Type 1 connector in the Toyota range?
